How To Add A Printer Via Logmein
If i understand your question correctly, your user has a local printer that he wants to be able to print to from the remote calculator he connects to via LogMeIn? If then, i think you demand a LogMeIn Pro license attached to the remote PC for that functionality to be enabled. Hope this helps!

Have you contacted LMI support on the issue? That'south probably your best road.

Okay, and so start at the local workstation and see if the printer is still connected and working at that place, then look at logmein to make certain it recognizes the printer. I would then try a test page from the remote. Besides call back almost what might have changed at both the local and remote workstations. Please post what you notice, i am curious now :)

Thanks... yes.. one) printer works locally fine....
2) There are 2 types of sites which he connects, i site when he goes to options it the connect printer option is grayed out..
3) On other site... the local printer is checked... but even and so it does not print...

And then the printer makes to both remote systems but on i it is "grayed out" under logmein options? The other site what do you mean past the local printer is checked?

Did you just ready LogMeIn up recently? You may accept been on a Pro Demo that has since expired.

Yes,,, it was xx days ago... also when the come across the computers....in logmein it shows pro-online
